RELAY FOR THE RATLIFFS INFORMATION
Date: Friday, February 17th
Location: Wells Fargo Outdoor Plaza (by fountain near Hilton/Wells Fargo
One)
Time: 5:00am to 8:30pm
RULES
1) Participants must donate at least $20
a) Participants may solicit flat donations
b) Donations need to be collected by participant and brought to check
c) Cash donations are requested; however, checks are to be made to
“CureSearch”
2) Participants select at least 1 time zon
a) Participants must check-in at least 10 minutes prior to their selected
time zone
b) Participants must check out once they are finished running
c) Participants may run multiple laps; must indicate this below
3) Pink Baton Challenge
a) The pink baton will be carried by one runner during the entire relay
b) The participant who raises the most money in a particular time zone
will carry the baton
c) Each time zone will have a designated baton carrier
4) Running Course
a) See the course on next page
b) It is each individual participant’s responsibility to know the course
c) There are no water stations on the course; each participant must
supply their own water

2012 NC USATF - Endurance Magazine Long Distance Running Championship Series
The
2012 North Carolina USATF -
Endurance Magazine Long Distance Running Championship Series will kick off
March 17 with the the Equinoxalizer 4 Miler.
The series which features nine
events from the mile to the marathon spread across
the state of North Carolina will
offer $25,000 in total prize money to eligible NC-USATF members. So mark your
calendar and make sure your membership (2012) is up-to-date.
Check out the NC-USATF insert in
this months (Feb) Endurance Magazine which will feature a review of last year's
series and announce the 2011 NC-USATF – Endurance Magazine Long Distance
Runners of the Year.
If you are an elite athlete
please use the contact information below to inquire about standards for elite
entry status, but remember these spots are limited so please contact the
appropriate individual in a timely manner.

The CRC "Pilot" Mileage Program presented by TrySports results for January have arrived. We had 130 members report their mileage for the month which totaled 6261.9 miles. Over these 130 individuals the average mileage per person is 48.16 miles.Now, we are on to Feb. so keep knocking down those miles.
