Little Sugar Creek Greenway Run

The popular Little Sugar Creek Greenway Run is held once a month on Saturday mornings. Please check the home page, the calendar page, or the CRC social media pages (Instagram or Facebook), for the next upcoming dates and times for this event.

The start location for this run is : 2524 Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210. The parking lot offers direct access to the greenway, and we recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot. Additional parking is located across Tyvola at the University Sports Complex if needed.

For anyone who is new to the area, this gorgeous greenway system is along the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, which stretches southward on the LSC segment from Tyvola Rd to I-485, and on to LSC segment that connects to the Polk Historic Site, covering approximately 6.6 miles in one direction. Furthermore, the recent extension to Pineville Lake Park and beyond to the South Carolina border is now open, offering additional mileage options. There's no set distance for this run since you can turnaround at any time. To help you plan your run, below are some popular distances and turnaround points.
